Having served as a supervisor and consultant in university and hospital settings as well as an examiner and expert case reviewer for the Board of Psychology, I have an understanding of what makes therapy progressive.
My current and past clients report a high level of satisfaction navigating life’s crises, shadows, and inflection points focusing on:
-
changing habits
-
resolving conflicts

finding and building a closer relationship with a partner
-
intimacy, positive sexuality and trust issues
-
infidelity resolution
-
family development
-
parent-child challenges
-
neurodiversity and temperamental differences
-
learning differences/ADHD
-
resolving depression, anxiety and fears
-
addiction
-
grieving losses
-
sleep problems
-
facing setbacks, illness, impasses and transitions

I am optimistic, respectful, kind, direct and practical. My approach is relaxed, intuitive, thorough and recognizes a time and place for humor. My conduct is transparent, professional and action oriented. I am committed to making each meeting with clients as collaborative, caring, solution focused and impactful as possible.

Drawing on mindfulness, EMDR, ACT, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, family systems and cognitive behavioral approaches, my work with clients is creatively informed by evidence based practices.
I look forward to going to work each day.
